Public radio is seeing a steady increase in content events at stations throughout the country. The investment of staff and expenses for events increase a need for information that aligns best practices, measured outcomes and revenue. This sample study examines the key questions of audience, impact and revenue (Event A.I.R.) through a strategic lens and identified trends.
